Role Overview:

Wizdaa is on the search for an enthusiastic Senior Recruiter to enhance our talent acquisition efforts. While a background in software development is advantageous, it's not a requirement for this role. Your previous experience in recruitment will be key to identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our growing needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to extending job offers.

  • Utilize various sourcing strategies and tools to build a strong candidate pipeline for technical and non-technical roles.

  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and interest levels.

  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams and provide follow-up on interview processes.

  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure candidate information is up-to-date and compliant.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions.

  • Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives, to promote Wizdaa and attract talent.

  • Provide insights and feedback to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Background in software development or understanding of technical roles is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology sector.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Additional Information:

  • This is a fully remote position.

  • Compensation will be in USD.

  • Work hours are aligned with the EST time zone
