Senior Frontend Platform / Systems Engineer LATAM

Role Overview
We are seeking a senior frontend platform engineer with deep systems-level expertise.
This role leads frontend architectural direction, defines scalable technical patterns, and builds the shared foundations that increase quality, maintainability, and development velocity across the codebase.
The right candidate works beyond individual features or screens. They shape the frontend as a system by raising the standard of architecture, shared infrastructure, engineering discipline, and long-term scalability.
This is an AI-first environment. The role demands strong fluency in using AI to accelerate execution, improve throughput, and enhance delivery while preserving sound technical judgment and high engineering standards.

Requirements

• Deep senior-level expertise in frontend engineering, with a strong platform or systems orientation

• Expert command of React and TypeScript

• Proven ability to design and evolve scalable frontend architecture

• Significant experience building shared component systems or design systems

• Strong track record of improving code quality, maintainability, and engineering standards across teams

• Clear AI-first mindset, with the ability to use AI tools effectively in engineering execution
